Alice has reached out to me to help her organise the celebration of her 40th birthday. She knew she wanted 30 friends of her for a boozy, fun dinner where they can have a space for themselves but still feel the vibe of the restaurant.
After visiting some great venues we settled at the mezzanine of Bar Botanique in Amsterdam, with a funky, laid-back atmosphere with wonderfully attentive staff and delicious cocktails.
As for the decorations, we wanted to have a little surprise for everyone so we placed photos of memories shared between Alice and her friends on a pillar in the focus of the mezzanine so they can look back on years of friendship and have a good laugh. As a nice touch, a photo album was placed nearby where everyone could add their chosen photo and write something to Alice as a memento.
Alice: “…She took over every aspect of the event from creation, planning, menu, decorations, communication with the venue and everything else you can think of. All I had to do was to arrive and enjoy!…”
Company retreat - Carbonfact trip to Alpe d’Huez

Following a successful previous event, Marc Laurent, the CEO of Carbonfact, approached me with the idea to organise a company retreat somewhere in the beautiful French Alps.
The majority of the team being located in Paris, it was important that the location is convenient to get to. The team enjoyed a delightful three-day stay in a comfortable, fully serviced chalet in Alpe D’Huez. The meticulously organised activities and working sessions provided plenty of opportunities for the team not only to prepare for a strong start to the year but also to have fun and to strengthen their bond as a team.

We connected with Mick Weijers, founder of Customer Success Snacks Think Tank, over the shared interest of connecting Customer Success Managers and empowering them to collaborate and to grow in their career.
This is how our joint efforts to scale up the Customer Success Snack event series to expand to 20+ events in Europe in 2024 started. Besides growing the events, I’m also supporting our regional team with concept creation, streamlining the event process, managing vendor relationships, while keeping a close eye on the budget.

In the lead-up to the 2023 Textile Exchange Conference, Carbonfact, committed to decarbonising the fashion industry through their innovative software solution, got in touch with me. They wanted to organise a private dinner experience for participants of the Textile Exchange to connect and exchange ideas with in an intimate setting.
The event took place at the beautiful Galvin La Chapelle in London in a semi-private setting suspended above the restaurant.

Recognising the need within the Amsterdam expat community for professional networking and visual representation, I initiated an event. This unique gathering provided female expats with the opportunity not only to participate in a professional photoshoot but also to network and connect with other ambitious women in their field.

Networking Event - Expansion of International Clientele
I reached out to De Gymzaal, a boutique gym in Amsterdam, as they sought to expand their international clientele. The event we organised was designed to showcase the gym's personal approach while cultivating a sense of community expats so desire. A group of women had the opportunity to experience De Gymzaal's program and connect, all while enjoying delicious smoothies.
